Have you been trying to delete some various part in character creator or iclone but you have to take to other 3D engine like blender and Maya before you can do so?
Stress less and worry no more because character creator 4 has put an end to all this painful part. You can now delete certain faces in CC4 directly using Delete Faces tools.
