If you installed all of the updated packs that are available for CC4 then the morphs should be present. These updated packs are available for free to those who purchased them for CC3 and can be added to your account for download and install by checking this link. Once activated you can get them installed using the Content manager.

It seems to me that some "renaming" has been going on.
In my screen shot below you can see the "bust" morphs from my essential morphs pack are indeed installed in my CC4 content manager. However if I click these they appear as "breast" morphs in the modify panel using the same thumbnail. Searching "bust" in modify morphs panel produces no results.Breast does.
I don`t think I`m smart enough yet for the smart functions of Content manager.
Geoff.

Edit: Corrected IC4 to CC4.

EDIT: I see that Galfridus was quicker in typing.
I have no idea where to find the list that you included in your first post here, but with some detective work I was able to find the corresponding morph in the content manager.
In the content manager make sure that Pack is selected:

Double click on CC Essential Morphs & Skin for CC3.
This will expose everything contained in that pack in the next panel that opens. Next select Morph > Essential Body Morphs to display the content installed on your PC. Scroll through the content until you find "pack_torso3_Bust Remove.ccslider" Double click on the thumbnail and the name will be added to the search box on the right. This will then load the corresponding morph slider, which in this case is named "Breast Flatten" as shown below:

Hope that this helps. :)
