Have no problem with K-Lite in Windows 11 - me I had it installed in Window 10 when I upgraded to Windows 11. But no problems in IC7/8.

Can you import/export mp4 with any video program?
Can you render as mp4 with the video program?
Can you play mp4 videos with a video viewer?
Does this issue occur only in iClone?
In addition, some mp4 files may cause problems in some programs.
You can also try mp4 videos that you are sure are working before.

I'm still on Windows 7...don't ask! But K-lite codecs messed up my NLE of choice Vegas. So I removed 'em.
