The purchased items showed up in my Smart Gallery but not in my online Inventory.
I purchased items over an hour ago. This has been happening to me off and on the past 6 months or more.
If people wait until the last day to buy items and give reviews, they are going to be out of luck if their items
they purchased don't show up for hours in their online inventory.

I bought this item April 26. It is in my IC7 props library, but Smart gallery wants me to download it again
1 month later. This is always happening. Smart Gallery is not so smart. I don't waste my time trying to figure it out.

Maybe I'm not understanding correctly, but if the content is showing up in Smart Gallery why can't you install it (and review it)?

I purchased 3 items first yesterday, from 3 different vendors. They showed up in my Smart Gallery in IC about 10 minutes later. But when I went online to see my inventory/content, and to give reviews, they had not shown up yet. I was unable to give an immediate review. I had to wait. The last item in my inventory that was there, was the free Actorcore construction character I downloaded May 4th. If I waited May 31, until the last hour or 2 to purchase
items, and give reviews, I could not, because my online inventory/content would not show what I bought until an hour or 2 later, past the cutoff time.

Thanks for explaining more about the problem.
Have you tried refreshing the page in your browser? Also have you checked that the "Purchased Dates" box is displaying the correct dates. If the dates are wrong you won't see the latest content. So try clicking the "Purchased Dates" box and select for example "This Week", "Last 90 days" etc. to see if it updates you content list.

Everything showed up in my online inventory/content past midnight PST. I was able to give reviews to all my purchases for last night.
