Widget loads but video doesn't play

I am self hosting.  I have create a video in popVideo and exported a widget.  I then used WidgetCast Pro to export the page code and _SourceFile directory.  I added the code to my page, but when it loads the widget loads the video does not play.  I get the little gears and it goes from 0% to 100%, then nothing.

Any help would be great!

It works fine when I preview it, so it must be something with the HTML/CSS.
