Is there a bug a dont know about? I cant use the skingen plugin in cc4.

There was an issue when CC4 was released where some resource packs like the SkinGen Tools were missing.

To resolve the problem, just visit your Reallusion Account > Registration page below and click the Redeem link in the Blue Banner at the top of the page. Once you have done this just click "Refresh" in Content Manager and the the SkinGen Tools should show up.

Exact same thing is happening to me. Nothing shows up, even is activated and installed. I even used the Reallusion Hub to uninstall and reinstall it. Relaunched CC4, refreshed, nothing. Exactly like the OP's screenshot.

Try this:

1. Refresh your Content Manager.
2. Select the "Pack" tab.
3. Choose the "All" category.
4. Search "skingen tool" in the search field.

Double-click the thumbnail to install the Skingen Tools pack. It will switch to color when installed.

it is not workin for Me, ive tried reinstaling cc4 and the plugins and all of the fixes above...

Hi...

As this thread is 3 months old you may be wise to contact Support directly. They can then check that the CC4 version of the SkinGen Plug-in is successfully registered to your account.
