Character Creator 3 is laggy and slow on high-end pc

Hi, I have 12900K cpu and 3090ti graphic card but when I run CC3 it's very slow and laggy. It's not smooth at all.
I'm using latest version of windows 11 with all drivers updated and stable.
What is the problem? Is CC3 supposed to be like this?

I have a 4 year old PC with an i7 5960x and a RTX 3080 TI graphics card, and CC3 is very smooth for me.
The problem must surely be on your computer.
