If someone could help me figure out what is going on with this I would greatly Appreciate it.

This is what's supposed to be happening with my Animation

When I enable 'Force Root Lock' It's supposed to not turn....
But for mine it seems to be Rotating the Root in the opposite direction....which causes a 90 degree turn to turn into a 180 degree turn....
