when i start my character creator 3 app without the smart gallery plug-in, everything is working fine but as soon i re install the smart gallery plug in the CC3 app freezes. Can anyone help please

Smart Gallery requires an internet connection to work. Are you trying to use CC3 offline? It's also possible your security software is blocking Smart Gallery from accessing our servers which could cause CC3 to freeze. If the latter is a possibility, please check with your security software on how to trust Smart Gallery and allow access.
