CC4 not working well with 4K screens

Hi, I've recently upgraded to CC4 and had a lot of issues.  I've sent a few support threads that panels don't appear, buttons don't work etc.   Well after constant problems I've found the cause.  CC4 does not work well with 4K screens.   

As soon as I move to a HD screen it all works fine.  I've had various problems where a panel does not show, but move to the HD screen and it appears, but most of the time I have to force quit character creator, because it needs me to ok or interact with a panel that doesn't appear so I am stuck, and also at this point cannot just move to the HD screen.

Its really disappointing and frustrating, I'm now having to force quit CC4 all the time, and am forced to only work on the HD screen and not on my 4K screen

I have a 4k laptop and a 1440p external monitor.  Many times menus and dropdowns do not display on the 1440p, and I have to drag the window back to the 4k screen and they will show.

I have a 4k monitor and I have no problems. The only thing I change is the high DPI settings to make the UI text more readable.
  1. Right-click the CC4 shortcut on the desktop and select Properties.
  2. Click the Compatibility tab and then click "Change high DPI settings".
  3. In the dialog that opens, check "Override high DPI scaling behavior".
  4. From the "Scaling performed by" drop-down, select "System (enhanced)".
  5. Click OK, and click OK again.
