Smart Content are not working for Iclone 8 and CC4

Doesn't anyone get there new Iclone 8 and CC4 Smart Content working? I already activated them in my account but it still wasn't working. I looked in the Reallusion Hub but it show that I still didn't purchase them. Does anyone know why?

I find Smart Content very confusing, sometimes items are there sometimes they are not. Seems all over the place.
I can never find anything using the search bar, even after re activating the library

Item Tab and Pack tab will have different items.

Also Check on uninstalled filter,
New purchases and use sync button.

The Reallusion Hub is for installing your software and plug-ins. Content Manager is where all your content purchases will be found.

So the first thing to do in Content Manager is select the Template tab, then Pack, and then "All" from left side content directory. Now click "Refresh" to make sure all your installed content packs have been synced.

From this point you can just scroll down and look through all your your purchased packs and install those you want by double clicking the thumbnails.
