The Reallusion "Motions for Vehicle Interactions" and almost all the car models I can find are for left-hand drive vehicles. Is there any source for right-hand drive equivalents? Or do you have to record the shots then flip them horizontally in post?

In iClone you can now mirror a motion, so that may be a partial solution. I haven't tried it yet.
It would be good to also have a way to mirror the cars themselves.

I just realised that Adolf.Antareus' vehicles also come in a Right Hand Drive version! That solve my problems if I can get my head round the mirroring of animations ;)
