Hi, I had purchased a certain amount of software/content to qualify for the free updates. My account used to display that I had qualified. My Hub now only shows to Try or Buy iClone 8. How do I claim and install the free updates? Thanks

You try to redeem the plugin upgrades
Open a new browser in which you haven't logged in to Reallusion ever. Or use incognito
Login into the desired account
(Make sure that it is the same account that was used to purchase the plugins)
Check order history

I received an email from reallusion to claim a serial number. After claiming I had to wait until the software was actually released. Upon the day of release, I received another email with where and how to download. Once I loged in, they had shown up in my Hub.
Check your email, junk folder, spam folder and so on and see if you received one. I believe they were sent to everyone that earned the free upgrades.
