Missing Iray content i CC4 and iClone 8

Hello everyone. I have just finished downloading and installing CC4 and iClone 8. 
I was able to install the plugins including Iray, SkinGen and HeadShot too. 
I haven't finished seeing if all the content I've purchased is available but notably the Iray material 600+ pack is not available.

            In the Content tab select Media > iMDL and the Iray materials pack should show. Make sure to first select "Pack" and then "All" from the drop down menu to show Installed or not Installed content.

            Thank you Gerry. However in Character Creator 4 there is not Media folder or iMDL either. In iClone 8 I have the media folder but iMDL subfolder is empty.

Well, on the weekend I issued a ticket to Reallusion support about the missing package. The solutions that they gave me didn't work when I tried yesterday. 
So I reported that the solutions did not work. 
However, today I few minutes ago I checked and the Iray material 600+ was finally available in the content ready to install.
