Headshot Plugin Not installing without CC3

Hello all,
I bought CC4 with Heahshot plugin, but when I try to install the plugin I get an error by the HUB saying I need to have CC3 installed. I did not buy CC3 and I don't have it Sad
I have the download link + serial for Headshot.


Even when I tried to install the EXE file by clicking on this:



it takes me to another page, here:


I opened a ticker for this, but just want to see if you guys have any ideas.
