Reallusion Hub not working after trying to install iClone 8

Hello,
When I open the Reallusion Hub, the icon keeps spinning and none of the products are listed.  It uses to say something like the hub is newer than what was required .  this last statement is not being said any more so I don;t have the exact wording. I am using windows 10 system and this error occurred while trying to install CC4 and iClone 8.  It was initially all working but failed after closing it down and starting it up again.  Thank you for any help you can give. -- Steve

I am in the exact same boat. This is not a good roll out. 

I uninstalled and re-installed and now it tells me I don't have any access to that folder.
