Content Manager is empty.. nothing is there at all!

What are the empty looks like?
Can you provide the screenshot and your operation detail so that we can clarify the issue? :)

Try loading a cc3 project file into cc4.
That worked for me!

if you click the Refresh icon next to search bar and see "Preparing..." progress bar for a while, 10, 20 seconds maybe, and then nothing, just keep pressing the Refresh after couple minutes, it will eventually connect and start showing you the content, probably Reallusion cloud is overloaded still so soon after the release

Here :) it is empty no matter how many times I refresh. iClone worked just fine from first launch.
CC4? Nothing..

I'm having a similar problem, I don't know why this is happening but when I click on anything the items are not displaying on the content manager. I shared a few screenshots of what I'm talking about. The list stays the same even if I tick off show subfolder items. I have tried refreshing,  I have tried exiting and restarting the program,  I tried restarting my computer. It doesn't display any of the items so I'm unable to edit my characters at all.  Also if I click "edit folder" nothing happens.  The only way I can see any of my content is with the "pack" section,  but then I can't enter the folders even if "show subfolder items" is ticked off.
