When I try to run MD I get a error telling me to install free resource pack to use MD. Where do I download?, tried Smart Content free resources tab but nothing shows up. Don't have a clue what I'm doing as usual lol

Hello Peter, I downloaded the free resources after installing IC8 , I believe there were 2 packs to download. I checked my account online and couldn't find any additional resource packs to down load. When I load a character and try and launch MD I get a fatal error telling me to install free resource pack to run MD

Just wondering if I need to uninstall IC7 and CC3 to run IC8 and CC4 or can I have both installed?

You can have both installed next to each other. They are standalone.

I completely uninstalled IC8 and CC4 and all my plugins Lots of content not showing when installed Errors ect............Bummer

I will try and reinstall at a later date at least my IC7 and CC3 still works

If you click on the 'Pack' tab do you see the free motion packs to install?

No just a pack that is labeled 'Amimation'- I've installed and used every version of Iclone and CC so far since Iclone 2 and this is seriously the most scattered setup I've seen so far , it is so confusing I am considering asking for a refund

I watched Reallusions tutorial on migrating IC7 and CC3 content over to IC8 and CC4 and it didn't move anything that I could see, can't find any of my old content in the new programs

A good start would be sync your Content Manager and then load every pack in the "Free Resources" folder. The "Motion Director" is the one you want for the the Motion Director presets.

Ok so can you not add your own animation to Motion Director? is it really just The Motion Puppet with Hot Keys ?
I was Hoping for something like the Motion Trigger Plug-In but as im playing with Iclone8 Im seeing that they may have pulled the wool over our eyes
if we can only use Motion Director with the pack of Motion they sell for $99 each is Not The MOVE FOR 2022!!!!
Has anyone been able to use Imotion on other animation with Motion Director??
