I downloaded CC4 and when I launched it, it prompted me to download a free resource pack. I clicked to download it, but then the program crashed.
Now when I re-open it, it doesn't prompt me to download and the files are nowhere to be found.
I tried to re-install CC4, but I still don't get the prompt to download the resources

You can download them from the Free Resource section of Content Manager.

It wasn't there for me, actually.
All of my tabs were blank except for Trial and Recommended, oddly enough
I actually fixed it by loading an old CC3 project
Then all of my tabs were populated, including Free Resources
