Hi!
Not sure where else to post it, and it's probably just me being daft, but where do I find all the stuff I purchased for CC3 after installing CC4? There seems to be no Smart Gallery, and the respective folders in the content gallery are all empty. Can anyone enlighten me? :-)

All your stuff should be in there... somewhere.

Items has any individual items (Actors mainly), Pack has all the bundles (and some individual items).

Unfortunately it doesn't show anything I purchased, only stuff that was included in CC3 and 4 already. But thanks, at least I know where THAT is now. ^^

Make sure your not filtering the list to only what's installed. (The drop down icon to the right, after the refresh button.)

Thanks for bearing with me, but unfortunately it's set to "all" already. I tried to synch with different folders, like "Shared Templates" instead of "Template", but to no avail either. Right now all I have are the two sample CC4 characters and a couple animations - no clothes, no hair (not even the ones you usually are provided with from the start) and nothing bought in the Content Store. :-(

Strangely enough, in iClone 8 the "free stuff" shows up completely, so the actors can have hair and clothes at least.

Partly.
I can drag every item separately into the custom folder, but when trying to batch import via custom link I was told there were multiple folders and I had to pick a unified one. I picked "Shared Templates", and got no results. Unfortunately now the option to create a custom link no longer exists (even after reinstalling) so I can't change it, even if I knew which folder was the correct one.
Dragging every item in separately would be a pretty time consuming process that I'd really like to avoid. Also, I'm not sure stuff like the hair & beard builder will work that way, since they probably don't just consist of assets but use their own mechanics ...?
Anyway, thanks for the help, at least this way I can manage it eventually, even if it takes a long time.

Does anyone know where I can load the Iray Plugin that I bought for CC3??? I really like that plugin and I do NOT want to buy it again for CC4.

Hi.. Click the redeem link below while logged into your reallusion account and this will give you the free upgrades to any plug-ins you already purchased. You can then install via the Reallusion Hub.

I recently purchased CC3 content, and it didn't show up in CC4.02.
I resolved the issue by following these commands:

Content > Template > Pack > New Purchase > Refresh
"Refresh" is an icon to the right of the "Search" bar. Hover over the icon to see its tooltip.
