Please, Reallusion,...

can you change your security check to another one?

Last year is log in very problematic, repeat impossible to log in, most of the problems have Google Chrome, Edge works still fine, but.

It is very frustrating, surely exist better alternatives, but last year's ReCaptcha is really very problematic.

Kind Regards

Sorry to hear you have had these login problems. I will pass on your feedback to the web team. Hopefully we can improve the system going forward.

Thank you.

This is very often a problem. I find the result, but it is so 2-3x per month, and it needs again login, synchronization, chrome extension activation, all again...

The result is here, completely delete user data, only then is it possible to log in through Chrome, some cookies maybe, or too often login (using ReCaptcha), I do not now

Maybe this link can help somebody with same ReCaptcha problems

Kind Regards

This is usually due to traffic from your IP address being perceived as spam. It's highly unlikely that this issue has anything to do with the browser cache.

You will not face this problem for a long time when you do any google verification.

The other method is to log in to Google in the browser you are using.
In this way, you can significantly overcome the problem.

The other method is to search for an image on google images.
If Google detects you as spam, it will most likely confirm that I am not a robot.

However, the surest solution is to turn your modem on and off and get a new IP number.
Apart from these, if you connect with VPN, you will be blocked by 99%.

There is no way RL can get around this problem.
The verification process is related to google.
All they can do is use the "I'm not a robot" checkbox instead of the hidden reCAPTCHA.

I had similar problems before but found a solution, which might (or might not) work for you.
When opening reallusion login page, Chrome usually autofills  login credentials and I've found that this gives the same error as the one you got. What I simply do is delete all fields and manually enter email address and password. I get no reCAPTURE errors when i do this.

And like yepkoo, I highly doubt that this is a problem on reallusion's end, but rather a Google issue.

Anyway, on one PC ReCaptcha is blocked via Chrome, but in Edge browser at the same time ReCaptcha login works perfectly.

So it's probably a Chrome/ReCaptcha IP traffic/Cash problem, not Google/ReCaptcha server info about my IP traffic, as you write.

Also, if I delete the "user data" folder in Chrome, restart Chrome, immediately afterwards ReCaptcha works normally again. (This cannot change my IP/traffic information on the ReCaptcha server or in the Google server database, my IP is still the same).

However, the main problem is not how often I visit the google search engine.
The big problem is that very often the situation arises that it is not possible to log in to Reallusion during normal developer work.
In this case Reallusion should have other/additional mechanisms to allow the user to log in. For example via mobile or email code. Accessing Reallusion membership purely via ReCaptcha in this case is trivial.

None of what you suggested worked, still cant login, Chrome, Safari, Edge, PC, Mac, - this is ridiculous , cant access the products I paid for and no sound from the support.

Sorry to hear you are having login problems. The system appears to be working fine, and we don't have any other recent reports of problems, so it's possible your security software or a permissions issue is causing the problem.

However, if you have been in contact with Support then you should hear back soon. They should be able to help you with the issues you are having.
