Perception Neuron Studio Issues!

I just got this animation suit (Perception Neuron Studio.) I can’t get decent animation with my CC3 skeleton. Everything looks very professional on other softwares and skeletons like UE4, Maya, etc.

My CC3 character in iClone 7 have thumb issues being offset and noodley. And the character’s back is also tilted back 45 degrees angle when the animation is seated on chair. When the animation skeleton is lying down. The whole character is tilted 45 degrees head being below and legs up flying.

Why only cc3/iclone7 characters have that issue?

Help.

You'll have to tell us a lot more about your setup before we can tell you what to do.

First of all, are you recording your animations in Perception Neuron Studio and exporting as FBX and  bringing into iClone?  Those will come in EXACTLY as they come in to any other animation program - iClone will handle FBX files very well indeed (as long as they are proper ones).

Now, if you are using the PN suit with the Motion Live Plugin for it there are a lot of different things you need to take into account.  But first let's talk about that exporting FBX file (and if you can post a sample file here for us to look at we can give you much better advice - just export from PN Studio as FBX and you can zip it and attach it to a message here).

New-Own is right.  This only occurs in iClone as the same export works in Blender without any problems.  This happened in iClone 7 and is still in iClone 8.  Really sucks.

It works fine for me. But you have to know what you are doing (and it sounds like you don't).

No you don’t.. you have no idea what I tried and didn’t try.. so keep it professional and don’t assume for people and think that you know everything..

When people like you post a problem and others ask you to provide info to help you solve it and you don't come back for six months - you OBVIOUSLY have no idea what you are doing.

(Plus I DO know everything, so there).
