Hi,

I have an image with 3,4 puppets and I need to animate all their mouths...

Is that possibile with this software?
How?

If not, is there any other software that can do that?

Thanx
Elly

Hi elly

Which software are you referring to iClone or Crazy talk?

Crazytalk;)

I am not an expert on this software but I think the best way to do what you trying to do is to make a animated gif of the other puppets and then bring these onto the timeline under SFX. I assume you are using Version 5. If so look at the projects already in it. The one with the boy talking about using Crazy talk in the classrooom is a good example.

Like I said I am not an expert at this and other people may give you better advice.

Good luck

The only way I can think of is to animate each separately with a green screen background and then export them into a video editing program like final cut or after effects. Once there key out the background and add your stage scene. Of course timing 4 will be a challenge. Sorry I couldn't think of anything easier but Crazy Talk as far as I can tell just does one at a time. Good Luck

As mentioned above by tihs1313 you can achieve this effect rather simply using most any video editor by utilization of the green screen effect.

I did this without much difficulty during the CT5 beta testing phase: http://www.walmarko.com/TheWall.wmv

Unfortunately, this was created before I had viewed the CT5 tutorials, and gained better knowledge of the abilities of CT5 which is quite powerful once you spend a little time learning the latest capabilities. Nonetheless, the green screen/chroma key function would need to be applied regardless.

I used Magix video editor for the clip which is very simplistic in performing green screen.

Hope this helps,
