Taking a break from developing content and focusing on artwork. Here's the latest Comic Cover. Hope you like it. The full comic gallery is on Artstation and Deviant Art. Links are in my signature at the bottom. I gave iClone a boost in the "about" and "profile" sections on both sites. Best. Program. Ever.

Very nice work! The graphic composition is well worked out!
The only downside, girls are too dressed lol

Thanks bount 78! I used the scenes I created for the Marketplace as the locations for most of my images. Why re-invent the wheel? Best to you and yours!

Here's another one. The motivation comes in spurts. I'll do nothing for a few years then bang, I create a half dozen or so at a time. I still use G1 characters. Kulu, the Destroyer. The throne came from DAZ. It had a ton of props with it but thank iClone for making sub prop meshes from the original. The speared heads came from a Reallusion horror bundle Anyway, hope you like it.

Here's Issue No. 15. Adolf Antareus makes excellent zombies. Used some converted Mixamo zombie motion files for this one.

Sometimes, an old legacy G3 character comes in handy. Here's Issue No. 16.

Dexsoft made some really cool characters back in the day. So did Reallusion with their horror bundle. This Sci Fi Orc is featured in Issue No. 17.

Here's Kulu the Destroyer in Issue No. 18 fighting the cave monster created by Dexsoft. And you get some great motions with the avatar. What a blast putting all this together!

I'm still on a roll. Max Bugor makes great creatures! Here's Issue No. 19.

Protofactor is another vendor who makes great creatures. Here's his Troll in Issue No. 20. It's good I bought it years ago. The prices have gone up much since then.

Got the creature from somewhere a long time ago but it wasn't rigged and had to use as is. The death motions from the Reallusion Horror Pack are great! Here's Issue No. 21.

I was looking around for some groovy circus props and came up with the biz.movies pack. A little re-texturing and it was good to go. The animal cage was perfect for the Daz creature. Anyway, here's Issue No. 22 ...

Here's Issue No. 23. Used the kid from Reallusion's Actor Core freebies and the creature WranglerFish from Protofactor. And the "spash" from BiggsTrek.

Just ran out of juice. Here's Issue No. 24, the last for a while. The cryotube is from Daz and the "cyborg" is from cadz3D. Thanks for watching!

Got my mojo working again! Love doing these covers. Here's issue No. 27 using TripleBrick's amazing Mystic Temples. Can't remember where I got the wolves. Had them for years. I did the space background in a very old version of FireWorks 3 from Macromedia before Adobe took it over. Still works great after 7 Windows iterations.

Here's Issue No. 26. Includes some of the drones and planets I created for the Marketplace. The explosion is from RL.

|
|

Here's Issue No. 27. It's got a great creature from Max Bugor called "Pangolin" and my favorite G1 barbarian from RL. Also using some very old Rhizome huts I squirreled away years ago.

|
|

Here's Issue No. 28. The props came from CG Trader and Turbosquid. Both were freebies, I think. The textures for the "bugs" came from Deviant Art.

Here's Issue No. 29. I retextured the cadz3D character and props. The background is a texture from Deviant Art.

Here's Issue No. 31. Max Bugor's monster again. It's amazing that RL's iMotion files work across all current and legacy actors.

Here's Issue No. 32 with Kandi Lim and some of my drones. Kandi is wearing a kitbash of Pixtim's space girl. Great costume. I have no idea where I got the city in the background.

Heres Issue No. 33. Had to re-texture Max Bugor's creature. The bay textures came from Deviant Art resources.

Here's Issue No. 34 featuring Kulu, the Destroyer. Those hexapods from Max Bugor sure come in handy.

|

Here's Issue No. 35. Using some drones and terminals I developed. The explosions are one of the Popcorn effects. They're great because they have a distortion effect and cast light on objects near them.

Here's Issue No. 36, the last one for a while. Hope you liked all the images.

When you finally figure out what all the buttons and sliders do, iClone puts together scenes faster than any other program out there! Here's Issue No. 37. I used the famous "BiggsTrek Water Splash" and one of my drones again! You can't do "water" without this BiggsTrek emitter!

Here's Issue No. 41. Great bats from PROTOFACTOR!

Here's Issue No. 42. Except for the creature, the rest of the props and low-poly characters are from RL.

Here's Issue No. 43. Love those Hexapods from Max Bugor. The beasts that they're riding were some freebies I found on the net.

Why are you just creating Covers and not a full comic?!

This is amazing work, and such a huge amount of it. I really like the style and content, so retro yet modern at the same time. K

a.prior (5/21/2022) Why are you just creating Covers and not a full comic?!
Takes too much motivation and discipline. At my age, I just wanna drink beer. light up a smoke. I'm surprised I even can finish a cover! Thanks for asking. Best to you and yours.

Thank you, Kidder! I'm not sure why I'm able to pump out this much stuff. I've been collecting actors and props from all over the place for years (at much cheaper prices). Maybe it's an urge to use them all up before I croak. Or maybe I got nothing better to do. In any case, thanks again for the kind thoughts.

Here's Issue No. 49. Used the Hunter Killer Drones we created a while back. The particle effect is from Popcorn. It's great that you can go frame by frame until the explosion is looking exactly the way you want. Too bad not all the Popcorn effects from the Library work inside iClone 7. Some are flakey and don't perform.

Here is Issue No. 50. Used PROTOFACTOR's Kraken as the creature.
