Im quite new to IC7 so bare with me!! Basically i am struggling to grasp how to alter a movement.
For example. I have an animation of a woman who salutes. Now when her hand/arm relaxes and moves back down by her side her hand the whole hand and wrist clips through her belly and thigh. How do i alter this motion so this doesnt happen? So i basically need to move the hand out a bit so it then doesnt touch her belly thigh. But when i play the clip from the video her hand and arm is always further out than it should be. So i haven't just moved the hand out as it was going down to her thigh, but I've moved it out for the whole clip? I'm dyslexic so not great at explaining things, does that make sense?
Thank You

You have to isolate your tweaks. That is at some point where hand starts moving toward belly, select Motion Layer on the timeline and click + or A to add the key. Then move play-head past the hand/belly intersection and add another key. Now you have an isolated part of the clip at the timeline between 2 keys where you may tweak the hand and it would not affect the rest of the clip.
