Hi. Ive done a few imports into UE4 using both live link & fbx import (with cc3 plug in)
I have recently imported in a CC3 character with all the textures into UE4.
Im now a bit stuck.
I have 3 animations i want to import into UE4 and attatch them to my character. Quite difficult to find a tutorial on this because as soon as u type "ue4 & skeleton" into youtube its just a minefield .... Maybe theres a good keyword for this process or someone has a great vid in mind.
Also what about facial animation. Is this the same procedure.
Thanks in advance :)

Do you own CC3? If so attach the animations when you export the character, under the export options.

Yes.
I tried that but everything come in again. Mesh and the textures.
Ive already imported the character just teying to figure out how to bring in seperate animations and attach to the character in UE4.

Hi armondtanz; I posted a video.
You can only look at the parts you need. In this video I show how to import characters and animations into Unreal Engine.
00:00 Installation 01:43 Character and motion transfer to UE with CC3 03:38 Adding extra motion to the same character 04:33 Adding 2nd character to Unreal Engine with CC3 05:54 Adding Custom Animation to the 2nd character with iC7 07:19 Animate UE with iC7 Unreal Live link
In the second video, I showed some simple exercises for controlling animations.
