As far as I'm concerned the materials came with the object.
It's actually hairstyles (but the same happens with certain eyebrows as well, and they came with the package, I didn't purchase those for dapoints).
Please tell me how to fix this. Thank you!

To apply Material Plus files first select the Hair in Scene Manager and then click the "Load Material Plus" button as shown below. This will open Windows File Manager where you can select the Material Plus file you wish to load. Please do remember that you can only apply Material Plus files to the hair it was designed for. So in the example below, the Swam Helena Hair is selected so you must apply a Helena Hair Material Plus file to it.
