Help. I spend so much of my editing time trying to locate a prop to add to the timeline. Is there a quicker way than scrolling through hundreds of props to find the one I am wanting to add to the timeline. I wish they were at least in alphabetical order. But the best solution would be a search bar where I could type in the prop name like you can do on the Scene tab. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated. I've added a picture to show a small section of why I am frustrated. Thanks

You can select the item in the Scene Manager and then click the Object Related Tracks icon (number 6 in the screengrab below).

If you Submit this post to the "Feedback Tracker" your request would then be looked at by the developers. I think it would be a good thing to have in the Timeline and I would give it a vote.
In the meantime my only suggestion would be to use the Search Bar in the Scene Tab, search for the type of items you want to show in the Timeline and Control click on the item/items you want to show but uncheck the "Open Same Track Types" box before making your selections to avoid showing other items that are related.
Then you should only see those items in the timeline.

I'm sure you already know this method but it's the only thing I can think of that works for me.

A million thanks yous. This will save me so much time searching in the drop down menu. I sincerely appreciate you telling me this. I am new and learning this program as fast as I can absorb it. I still have a long way to go.
