Hi I am realy getting frustrated with a number of my motions jumping, especially when i use reach effectors. I am trying to get a character to stand from seating but sort of pushing herself away from the table. Her hands are on the table via a reach effector. But obviously at some point i need to release the effectors on the hand to continue the motion. But it has a sharp jump from one frame to the next. I even purchased curve editor today to solve the problem but i cant even figure out how to get either the effectors of the character to show up in the editor has yet (I have only just bought it today and it seems like its not has easy to understand as i was hoping). Has anybody got any ideas. or can point me inthe right direction. Seems to be a few tutorials on youtube but nothing has been of help has yet

Instead of releasing Reach Effectors try baking motion into Motion+. Then remove motion and effectors and apply saved Motion+ file. Make sure to put character at 0,0,0 and have it in T-pose before applying Motion+ file.You can then animate further and apply effectors again if needed.
