Weird issue. So I bought BigBoss' overall and coveralls pack. It can be found here: https://www.reallusion.com/ContentStore/Pack/coveralls-and-overalls?utm_source=Character-Creator-3&utm_medium=ap&utm_campaign=smart-gallery&utm_term=UserInventory
And it will NOT install no matter what I do.
First I thought it was Smart Gallery being buggy, so I used RLdownloader which CORRECTLY downloaded the items:
But Smart Gallery will not load the packs into CC3 for some reason. What am I doing wrong?

Okay - so I solved my own problem!!! I'll post the answer here for future reference because it isn't necessarily intuitive. You have go to Sync Content. So see the button circled below:
Click that button and go down to Sync Installed Assets. Click that and IF you've already installed the content using RLDownloader then this will work.
I love it when I answer my own question.
