where to get more audio voices for Replica AI?    seems this is the path im taking instead of Faceware since Faceware only records the audio voice of the person on film.

Replica is an independent company and only they provide voices for use with their software.

That is correct. However, a speech file from any source will work with AccuLips.

It can also be used outside of its own software.
Maybe it's not as comfortable as the programs, but you can create a sound from the website and download it as a wav file.
This is how I use it for now.

when creating the speech files they sound kind of robotic,  im assuming they just using the automated voices that come from Windows??

Are you sure you're looking in the right place?
If you're looking at the TTS sound section on iClone, they're robotic.
It's not about the replica.

There really isn't much to tell about it.
You just write the text and select the voice actor on the right and press the play button.

ah my bad,  then i missed red Acculips.  mistook it for TTS like you said.

for the Replica AI website,  they have more voices there compare to what plugin offers?   i thought they had the same amount voices.

I did not compare the site with the programs.
Maybe there is a little more sound in the programs or you can have a chance to adjust more.
There is Replica Plugin for iClone, you can use it or you can directly download and install Replica program for Windows.
However, I don't really like dealing with the program and it's easier for me to get sound from the site.

I use Replica Studios a lot.  Their voices are still quite buggy and require a lot of fussing and fixing, but with some work they are quite nice.  And they are improving all the time.  You can get 4 hours free for signing up, a great deal for evaluation.  Here are two of my videos that exclusively use Replica voices:
