Selected Character Not Showing & Live Face iPhone Not Feeding CTA4, Trial Version

Hi, I'm trying out Cartoon Animator 4 today, but can't get it to work. 
Problem 1: Only G2 characters can show in the project. If I select others, they don't show or load failure. Are only G2 characters allowed to be used for trial versions?https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/e3f913f0-de84-4fb2-aced-6a05.jpg
Problem 2: Live Face (iPhone)
My iPhone was connected successfully (see the green light on the control panel). But I can't feed my face movement to the character via iPhone. After right click the triangle warning sign in character list, it didn't let me choose the feed from iPhone (see screenshot below). Is this because I am using a trial version again?

I'm a newbie in cartoon animation. Appreciate if someone could help.

As I understand it, all Reallusion Trial software is fully functional for 30 days.

I would strongly recommend you review the CA4 tutorials, particularly the Getting Started section, and the Motion Live 2D plugin section for the answers you need.

With your first problem those characters are clearly in your project but nothing is selected on the stage, and, as far as anyone could tell they may be outside he area shown in the stage window. Try selecting one of the characters in the timeline then use the 'focus object' view in the drop down menu under the House icon (top tool bar) to zoom in to the selected items location on the stage.

I have the Face motion live plugin, but for webcam not iphone. As near as I can tell your character is connected but maybe you haven't calibrated your iphone correctly since it isn't passing any data to the character? (That's just a wild guess - I'd strongly recommend following any tutorials you can find very closely).

Hi, 
You can try to use the "Focus object" to reset the camera position.
Hotkey is "F", but you need to select the object from Scene Manager.

Regarding problem 2, I cannot reproduce your issue but I guess you could click the wrong position. 
You must click the triangle button. 
You can pass your issue to "Technical support" if you still have a problem, which will help you to resolve your issue.

Problem 1 seemed to be related to my extended monitor display. It's no longer a problem.

But problem 2, after clicking the triangle, there is no dropdown list of the gears to be selected. I don't know why.
