I was thinking there should be more idle poses with diff speeds just breathing my current method is apply an idle pose as there is no just breathing motion then i start to layer animation on top. The idle pose should have more options more variation diff idle poses not a single male and female idle pose. thanks

Mixamo has an idle breathing pose. I converted over 2300 Mixamo poses to iClone, with God's help. Just type in Google 2300 Mixamo iclone, and it should bring up my Youtube page where you can download the Mega link. The breathing animation, you can shorten the length for faster breathing, and lengthen the animation for slower breathing.

I don't remember where or when there was a post about this, but you could create a breathing morph. This you can animate in iClone and it would be independent of any motion clip so more versatile.

hobbyuser3d (1/3/2022) ampertox thanks for the link im going to check it out Read also the other replies there, they are useful, providing good hints.
EDIT: You may see the advantage of using morphing in this clip, watch guy's stomach and chest, they're moving to make the speech look more realistic:

I like very much the morph feature used for such things, not only because they can "complement" any motion, but also they can be saved distinctively as motionPlus and used later. The only thing I'm sorry is the fact currently (to my knowledge) motionPlus-es cannot be merged, therefore to have something like facial.iMotionPlus and breath.iMotionPlus and apply both - once you apply one it will replace the previous one. But, anyway, it's still convenient.
