I made a big report about this but hoping someone hear might have a fix; Mostly because I’m using ICLONE for work and there’s a deadline coming up in January I have to meet.
So not stressing but kind of “oh I better figure this out…”

Sorry to hear you are experiencing crashing issues.
Does this crashing occur with all characters and motions or just the ones shown in the video?
If it happens with all characters and motions, then uninstalling and a clean reinstall would definitely be worth doing.
You should also run Windows Update and ensure you have your system full updated. After doing this check you have the latest graphic drivers installed using the link below as this is important.
