Unable to include export option on some "Skin" files. Please help before they get deleted.

I posted this issue in the feedback tracker, but I have not gotten a response yet so I'm posting this here too.
I have some skin files from a long time ago and there is no export options for these files. Here is an example: - as you can see only one price option in there, no export price. Since I created these a very long time ago, I no longer have the original file so can't update them using the smart gallery. I tried updating using content uploader and replacing with a new version, but it still did not give me an export option. 
All my skin files will get deleted unless i have them set to export so if someone could help me figure this out, I would appreciate it.

I don't think you should worry about it. None of the skin items on the market have Export option.
And this does make sense. Anything texture related can be exported regardless and there is no way to "DRM" it.

Well, whats strange is the export option did work and does sometimes.  Its very strange that it works randomly.
