hair trimmer and styler

Was playing around in cc3 and thought to myself, wouldn't it be easier if their was a tool to just cut the hair like a hair trimmer/razor rather than importing new hair in or altering it using the vertexes.
why not have a tool that not only can shave the hair down or patterns into it but style it using these tools.

alot more could be done with the hair than what is currently in the game.

hair trimmer (shaver) shave layers off hair to make it shorter, cut loose ends off with scissors, shave patterns into hair.
hair blow (move) would act like a smudge tool but you would be blowing it in the direction you move your mouse in at the angle you want it.
