Hi all ! I hope you're doing well :)
I never posted here before, and I'm new also with CC3. I'm working on a game with Unity, version 2019.4.30. On default render pipeline. I made a character on CC3, then imported it to Unity. Skin and clothes materials and all are... ok, result is far from what I've seen on CC3, but I found the correct parameters I guess, and what I got in the end is good enough for me. However, the hair is a total disaster... :(

Then a friend told me to change some settings, as following. As you can see, all front and back hair are now quite nice, but the part on top of the head itself is still a disaster, it's like she's bald with a hair helmet, I don't know how to say, I hope the pic explains by itself (have a look at the parameters on the right as well) :

I noticed that when the environment is dark, her hair turns out to be weirdly flashy white, and we still see her bald head below :

Just to let you know, I tried these shaders I found on the Unity Asset Store :

But to be honest, I know nothing about shaders, I didn't know how to use these, I'm not an artist at all. So I would be more than happy if I can find a solution without having to pay something else again... :/ Do you know what kind of parameters I should try to fix this?
Thanks in advance for your help !

I think it is an opacity map problem. When you slide the hair opacity map to 0 in iClone, the hair looks similar to the hair in your Unity project.

Thanks for your reply ^^ iClone? Hmm, for now I got just Character Creator 3. But I thought it was more a problem from Unity, a good parameter to find or something

You can copy the hair opacity map to your PC. Maybe the opacity map did not transfer properly to Unity. The hair texture maps are in the modify panel. Just highlight the hair in CC3 and go to modify panel to see the hair texture maps.

Oh ok, got it ! I found it here, I think it's the right file to pick up :

But then, how should I apply it on the hair material in Unity? I always got issues when it comes to apply opacity/transparency to stuff in Unity :/

Thanks again for your time !
