iClone 7.92 can not open after update ( from iClone 7.3 to iClone 7.92 )

Please help with the information.
iClone version 7.3 ... after we update to 7.92
We can not open the software.
Please help how to fix it .

Hi...

It may be that updating from such an old version has caused problems. The best thing to try is to uninstall and perform a clean install of the 7.92 full version using the Reallusion Hub. Uninstalling won't remove any content packs you have installed so the process shouldn't take too long.

I have also tried the following steps
I un-installed iClone  via Reallusion Hub, then reinstalled it.
The result is still iClone 7.92 can't open .
in addition, characters from CC 3 cannot be exported
 to iClone 7.92 (because the software is not opened)

We have used the following steps.
We uninstalled iclone old manually, then downloaded the manual as well.
next step...manual install too ( not us Rallusion Hub )
iClone version 7.92 works perfectly.

Thanks for updating us on the situation. I'm slightly puzzled why the manual install worked as the installation file is the same only the delivery method is different. The main thing is you got it working. :)
