None of my Realliusion software will even install

I have just bought a new computer, installed Window 10 pro, I have downloaded driver for my RTX Graphics card etc. iClone 7 and other software's CC3 etc. won't even install, is there something that I need to install so I can install my software? I can't remember ever having this problem with past computers

You need to install the HUB first. That is where all your software is installed from. Then you need to install Smart Gallery in order to download free items
or items you buy. There is a Smart Gallery for iClone and one for CC3.

I have a similar problem! I just finished rebuilding my tower too and all my software wants me to install  CTA2 training materials and wants me to enter the pass key to do it. So I did and keep getting error messages that it's the wrong key. I dropped the hyphens, changed "o's" to zeros etc.

Please can you clarify what you are having problems installing. Is it CrazyTalk Animator 2 itself or just the Training materials? Please also can you post a screenshot showing the error message you are receiving so we can see exactly what the problem is. Thanks.
