I need to have you reinstate the downloads for CC3. If I can't get it installed I will stop payment on my credit card. Also help to get to the download page would be nice. Why do you make it so difficult? I did pay the $139. I was just beginning to like CC3.

You can redownload the installer from your user account by selecting Registration:
There you will see a list of your purchased products, each with a download link:
Nothing hidden or difficult. :cool::Whistling:

I don't see in the list. character creator pipeline is there. I may have exceeded the 5 downloads. I was having all kinds of problems with my Nvida graphs card about a year ago and used all the downloads. Reallusion needs to reset it.

Gerry I did download 3.43. And tried to install and it said my liked my sn was wrong. Went back to 3.11 and took my sn. Still need some Reallusion help.

Do you have the Reallusion Hub installed? Using it should get all your software installed to the latest release versions. You can download it here. Installing the Smart Gallery should also insure that any content is also at the correct release version. If you are having issues with the install, or downloads then it would be best to contact Reallusion support directly using the links here.
