Imported Character Missing Parts

I was using the G3 Actor Dressing Room to try designing a new character in Photopea:

When I added it to CTA4, it looked like this instead:

It's safe to say I'm messing up here and could use some help—again.

Hi... Have you tried the steps shown in the quick tutorial below.

The tutorial runs quite fast so pause at each step so you don't miss anything. The process works fine for me using Photoshop so it should work the same in Photopea.

Unfortunately, I used the steps in the video to try and design another character. :(
I'm also wondering why my character's head looks like the one from Head Design while the video it's the Dressing Room one.

I decided to see what would happen if I were to drop the source PSD file into CTA4, and it's also the same result as above.
I'm at a loss.
Is it my files that are the problem? I downloaded them when I bought the pack, so I don't see how, but I have no idea what's going on or why it's only me having these issues. :ermm:

Apologies for the delay in replying. Because the process of using Actor Dressing Room templates is not very clear and needs clearer instructions, we are working on producing a new video to better to explain the steps you need to take. This should be available very soon. Thank you for your patience. :)
