Highlight clothing. Go to modify at the top. Click on conform, then click on calculate collision. You may have to do it a couple of times.
You can also increase size.

I made a Color ID map for that Blazer. You can download it and put it in appearance editor under Color ID.
If you use the Color ID, you will have a different color for the the Blazer (base or black). A different color for the buttons (red).
And a different color for the collar, and pockets. With each different color, you can have different fabrics for that color. A cotton, blazer. A linen collar and nylon buttons.
