I know to export from cc3 to blender but the character is imported only for a particular pose in blender. How can I export a fully rigged character from cc3 to blender. Does anybody have ideas to do this process?

Auto Rig add-on is the only option for me?

I'm afraid you can't. Characters exported from CC3 have an armature, but are not rigged. Only as a pose you mentioned. You can change the pose of the armature manually in Blender but can be a pain.
I definately suggest Auto-rig Pro for this.

Hi what is it you are trying to do?
if you wish to bypass Iclones animation tools completely and use a CC3 rig to animate with Blenders Character tools tool then the autorig pro add-on may be a worth while investment.
If you plan to send CC3 figures over to blender and use Iclone created animation
you should use the free Blender autosetup plugin for import

and then follow this tutorial for importing/using multiple Iclone motions

I have saved over 2300 Mixamo motions that I found on Reddit almost 2 years ago.
The Mixamo Animation packs are FBX and BVH. Maybe you can apply these motions in Blender for your character.
There is the T pose if you need that for a start.
You can download the Mixamo Animation packs from my Youtube video.

I set my CC3 model to T-pose and export with that pose and textures in obj. In Blender I have a Mixamo rig set up - I don't use any CC3 rig at all.
