For one of my entries I want to recreate a music video, I were wondering can we add the official sound track for a music video I want to recreate or would I also need to recreate the audio for copyright purposes? For example if I wanted to use 10 seconds of a Paramore song or an audio clip from a famous movie, is that acceptable? Thanks!

Music copyright is way outside the control of Reallusion, or any of the other participating companies for that matter. As soon as you upload a video containing copyrighted content on YouTube it will get flagged by them, and that's when your problems could start to get very complicated.
Using copyrighted content in a video for your own enjoyment is one thing that you may be able to get away with, using it without permission with the goal of making money with - in this case winning a few thousand dollars in a competition - it is something else altogether. :w00t:

Thank you for the reply. I am assuming it works the same with movie audio?. My 2nd example would be 20 seconds of an audio clip from the movie waterboy, I found the clip on YT and it hasn't be flagged. The reason this is a big deal is because I am not great with speech and creating my own voices, so syncing my characters with audio from some sort of classic scene is the direction I were trying to head in.
