Hello, when I try to pass an emotion to the character, I get this error .... Would anyone know the reason? Thanks

I don't think that's a CC3+ avatar (required).

Yes, I am using a cc3 avatar (I tried several) and I always get that message ....

You need a CC3+ character, which is different and improved from regular CC3. Note the "+" (plus sign) in the type designation.

It is that those are the ones that I am testing. Even if it is one that I import from CC3+. Look at the screenshot on the right

OK, that should work. I haven't installed this yet, so I haven't tried.
Except, there is one other setting; you need to enable ExPlus expressions for the character. That should already be the case for the built-ins, but just in case, this what you do:

1. At the Motion panel, click "Face Key". 2. At the Face Key / Muscle tab, select ExPlus from the drop-down. 3. If ExPlus has NOT been enabled yet for the character, a dialog will open. Click "Yes".
Your character is now ExPlus enabled. If this doesn't work, I don't now...

Thank you very much for the reply. The problem is rare because it gives that error, but on the other hand the expression appears ...

I did not know this face animation existed. It works for me. I tried it on the same character and it worked. Did you try a different character? Maybe for some reason that character does not work for you.

If I tried several and I don't know why it throws me that error ...

Hey guys, even I know that's Katherine and she's THE CC3 and iClone queen. Her acculips work great......when they work at all. I've been having the same problem as of today, and believer me, Katherine, whom I've morphed into some magnificent creations, acculips's flawlessly, indeed almost miraculously, I'd say-------when it works. Natalie's also another one who works well. Below is merely one of the many related goofy messages I've gotten all day today. Hoping some genius will help us.

The MSVCP140.DLL is a Microsoft file. I found this link on Microsoft forum concerning that file. Scroll towards bottom of page and look for June 6 2019 answer. MSVCP140.dll is missing in my Win 10 - Microsoft Community You might try that. I am no expert, but at least this is from Microsoft.com Where it says replies (77), open that up and it will give you the link.

You may indeed need to install the redistributable for VC++ 2019.
You'll find the actual links on this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads-2647da03-1eea-4433-9aff-95f26a218cc0.
You need to install the versions for both 32-bit (vc_redist.x86.exe) and 64-bit (vc_redist.x64.exe).
It is probably good to create a restore point before you install.

Yes, yes, YES, YES!!! That was it! it worked. I'd accidentally deleted those files somehow, being the computer genius I am. Thanks a million. I love when I make a mistake (which is frequently) because I learn something.
