I converted Felton the puppet daz model to cc3. Here is issue whenever close the after correc eye blink option. A stretch black line appears.

Yeah, you'll have to correct the face map (easy to do in Photoshop in about five seconds).

Not this on Photoshop, it actually some polygon broke. Check yourself if you have time.

Okay, so I gave this some thought and my own Felton was done quite a while ago, so he was still a CC3 (not +) figure.
I converted him and then had to recorrect the eyes and there IS an issue, but it's easily correctable. Just go to the eyeball scale and push it to 100. That will fix the eyes pushing through. Then you'll also need to adjust the upper lid pulldown a bit (not a lot, but just a little scale on it) and all will be well.
