Unreal animations from iClone and CC3 distorted

Can anyone please give me a heads up on why this is happening before I give up a promising career. It affects the animation asset when importing from CC3 or iClone after importing an fbx with iMotion file. Live link works ok but I'm having so many probs recording from livelink that I'm looking for a more robust way of working.

When importing the CC3 via FBX , you have to tick "T0 as ref pose".
