I know I have asked the question before but the restore file is missing after ic7 crashes. Ive been told that is been noticed and hopefully rectified but does anyone have a time scale on this very important update.
I have just lost a very difficult piece of animation whilst trying to do a simple thing like breaking a clip.
My iclone crashed and I lost the lot. Its very frustrating to say the least, but because I seem to get a lot of crashes I depended on the restore an awful lot.
Can anyone please get reallusion to pull their finger out with this update. I cant see why it was removed in the first place.

It's haphazard. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, so it is not a removed feature, it just doesn't work very well.
But I agree, there needs to be more urgency in resolving this.
