I hope you reenable the physics plugin on characters, allow the beard system's morph tracking for the soft body to be able to have facial expressions.
Soft body Character physics is doable right now in iClone 7 but we have to do tones of modification outside CC3 but you already have a tool system in CC3 to paint, and could be enabled to paint physics weights.
Here is my video example that it is possible now..

As an added bonus, using cloth eliminates most or all need to use tessellation with displacement maps. And in case people don't know, full displacement (surface bumps rather than relying on normal maps) is possible and I hope you vote to have it built into SkinGen here
