Hello :)
I have the trial version of iclone 7.9 that is about to expire. I work remotedly and my employer gave me the serial key but I don't know where I can activate the software!
I know the software can be installed only on two computer, and only be used on one at a time, but he do not use iclone by himself so it should be ok for me to work on it.

You can't activate a trial version of the software. If you have a full version with a serial number then you must first uninstall the trial version. Once uninstalled you can then install the full version and enter the serial number when prompted to.

Hi...
You will need to uninstall the trial version and then install the full version. The full version can be installed using the Reallusion Hub. Once the Hub is installed, you need to sign in with the Reallusion Account used to purchase iClone 7 and then the install option will become available. You can then manage any plug-ins and updates all from within the Hub.

Mhhh... I see then I should ask my employer to give me the iclone he bought, right? The file with the point exe I mean? Because on my computer ( at my home ) I didn't bought Iclone so they ask me to do so... I can't active it they want me to spend my money but my employer already bought it for me but with the covid I don't work at my office.

Your employer would need to give you either a copy of the .exe file to install, or provide you with the access information for their account.
